Hello everyone, the English used here isn't my first language, so please let me know if anything is unclear. I'm using a Blackmagic Quad HDMI recorder as my capture card. Only one camera is functioning properly. I've matched it with another exact model and adjusted all settings in the settings tab to match the working unit (Panasonic Lumix G81). I even reset everything, but it didn't help. I've tested every HDMI cable and adapter, from mini to full HD, but nothing changed. I confirmed that the non-working camera still outputs HD correctly on an external monitor. Changing resolutions or frame rates didn't affect the issue. I'm using the newest version of Desktop Video Setup and have followed all troubleshooting steps suggested by Blackmagic support. They now ask me to return it, but I bought it over two years ago—maybe it's too expensive (especially if you're in Germany). Thanks for your time! Below are my Streaming PC specifications: CPU i7-8700 (3.2 GHz, 6 cores), OS Windows 10 Pro, RAM 32 GB, SSD 500 GB, GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070.
