Updates to Windows 11 caused an automatic restart followed by a brief black screen. Error code 02 appeared. After connecting the keyboard, it reached boot level 4 but didn’t proceed further. The system stopped at the green power-on screen. CMOS reset and RAM cleaned were attempted without touching the CPU. CPU temperature checked normally, but BIOS access remains unavailable. HDD and SSD formatting was done on another machine; the device still shows up as active. GPU is lit but not confirmed functional yet.
