I had been enjoying siege for some time, but after the Y8S2 update, whenever I launch the game it always shows a black screen and crashes shortly after. I've tried several fixes: updating the graphics driver, reinstalling the game, checking the game files, and reinstalling Direct X. The only solution that works for me is running the game in Vulkan mode, though this doesn’t fully resolve the problem. Before the update everything functioned perfectly.
