Issue with black screen during games and unresponsive PC.
Hi all. I've been facing repeated problems where my monitors go black during gameplay. It's been happening for a few months now, and my PC is nearly a year old. I usually play World of Warcraft or Valheim, and suddenly the screens turn off. I can still hear sounds, but when music ends, a new track doesn't start and the audio cuts out after about a minute. When the monitors go dark, the PC doesn't respond to commands, though all lights stay on and the fans keep spinning.
I've reinstalled the drivers, updated them, reset everything, updated the BIOS, replaced the CPU cooler and GPU, reconnected the HDMI cables (they're plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard), did a clean boot, lowered graphics settings, turned on VSYNC in both games, cleared dust from fans and PC parts, and more I might have missed. A repair guy checked it for four hours and said the issue could be a faulty motherboard or CPU.
Do you have any ideas or similar experiences? Any advice would be appreciated.

I've reinstalled drivers, updated them, reset everything, updated BIOS, replaced the CPU cooler and GPU, reconnected HDMI cables (plugged into GPU, not motherboard), did a clean boot, lowered graphics settings, turned on VSYNC in both games, cleared dust from fans and PC spaces. I even took it to a repair shop where they ran diagnostics for four hours and the PC worked perfectly afterward. Still don't understand why the issue keeps happening at home. My repair person suggested it might be a faulty motherboard or CPU.
