I'm not sure if this should be posted here or in the GPU sub-forum, so please forgive any confusion if it's in the wrong category.
My system details are as follows:
GPU: MSI RTX 4080 Ventus 3 16GB
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x
MOBO: msi b550m a pro
PSU: FSP Group Hydro Ti PRO 1000W
RAM: GSkill Aegis DDR4 2x16GB
OS: Win10
Drives: 1x Kingston SKC3000 m.2, 1x Sandisk z400s SSD, 1x Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD
Monitors: 1x Asus VG249Q1a, 1x Acer R221Q, 1x Philips 224E5
The issue has been ongoing for about ten months (excluding the PSU upgrade two weeks ago), and it started roughly a month ago. I experience random crashes where monitors turn black, the PC freezes, though sometimes sound plays briefly after the black screen, and the GPU fans either speed up or stay idle.
Currently, I have the latest GPU, BIOS, and chipset drivers, but the problem still occurs. It seems unpredictable—happening under different loads, such as playing games like GTA V or Fallout 76, and also under light usage like watching Discord or videos on Chrome.
If anyone has suggestions or ideas on what might be causing this and how to fix it, I would really appreciate it.

Consider changing the PSU and checking if the issue continues. It might be related to the power supply. (Though it's possible it's not, I want to rule out the PSU as a cause.)

I also used a Seasonic G12 GC-850 before, but it didn't match my GPU well, so I replaced it two weeks ago with the one mentioned here. Now I'm facing problems with both power supplies.
