I’m just starting out here, which makes things a bit confusing. My setup is a ROG Flow X13 laptop/tablet, and I recently faced a major problem after some updates. After installing Windows 11 and updating drivers from several sites, my screen wouldn’t turn on at all. I spent time at a tech shop trying to fix it, which involved a full Windows reinstall, driver updates from Asus, Armoury Crate, and NVidia. None of those steps resolved the issue. I can still use the PC with a secondary monitor, but recently after another update I couldn’t see the BIOS screen even when using a second display. After visiting a service center in Chiang Mai, they said the screen was dead, but I managed to get it back online and it worked until now. I’m not sure if the screen is truly off or just not visible. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
