Issue with Black Ops 3

I moved all the files from my laptop to my new PC, and everything seems fine now. But when I try to play Black Ops 3 (just the game on Steam), it’s blacked out—only Campaign, Multiplayer, Zombies are available. No idea why this happens. I can’t play at all with these settings. I confirmed the location, everything is within the Steam 'Black Ops 3' folder you copied.

It depends on what you need. If you require all the manifests for reference, copying them is advisable. Let me know if you'd like help organizing or reviewing them.
