Hi, I recently changed my 1660 Super to a 4070 Ti and have noticed a rapid black bar flicker across the top section of my monitor, happening unpredictably every 15 to 60 minutes or so. My setup includes an MSI MAG27QRF (165Hz, 1440p) and it worked fine before this issue started. The problem appears only during gaming sessions. I also have a second monitor at 1080p with 75Hz, but I don’t play games there. I’ve tried several fixes: uninstalling old drivers and reinstalling fresh, turning off G-Sync, adjusting power settings on ncp, using a different DP cable, testing various DP ports, switching to HDMI (which handles up to 144Hz), changing refresh rates, and even trying different GPUs. Switching to HDMI resolved the flicker but reduced my refresh rate and limited FPS. I’m open to any suggestions, otherwise I might need to think about replacing the card. Thanks ahead for your help!

Check the voltage output of your power supply and see if it matches the requirements for your 4070ti.
