Hello, I’m facing an unusual issue with my newly assembled PC. When I power it on, everything activates immediately and remains active for about 20 seconds. The DRAM indicator stays illuminated, then the system transitions to CPU VGA, proceeds to boot, and finally launches Windows. I’ve tried numerous solutions online: changing the CMOS battery, disabling PLL, adjusting boot settings, clearing legacy USB devices, checking the BIOS flash button, enabling/disabling Fast Boot, using EXPO, applying AI Tweaking, removing drives, and verifying memory restore options. Despite these efforts, the machine still waits a long time before starting—far longer than expected for such a powerful system. My PC specs are as follows: Ryzen 7 7800X3D, XFX 7900XT, ASUS Rog Strix B650ME-F Gaming Wifi, Samsung Evo 990 2TB PCIe 5.0 NVME, 850W NZXT Gold 80 Plus PSU, DeepCool LS720 SE AIO, and Lexar 32GB 6000Mhz DDR5 RAM. I’ve done everything possible and still face this persistent problem. It’s frustrating, especially with my older PC booting in under ten seconds. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check that the relevant User Manual was found.
Examine the entire User Manual carefully, focusing on Pages 1-5 and 1-6.
Make sure the installed RAM is properly supported, correctly seated, and fully configured.
They found a setting in BIOS to turn off memory training, which seems to train the memory each time it boots. To disable it, enable the "Memory Context Restore" feature (Extreme Tweaker > DRAM Timing Control > Memory Context Restore -> Enabled). This isn't the same board but should resolve the issue.
