I own this motherboard "ASUS ROG STRIX B450-E GAMING". The AURA effect was functioning properly after purchase, roughly eight months prior. Suddenly it ceased working without any obvious cause. The logo LED between the IO shield and CPU cooler is not illuminating at all. Also, no functional LEDs appear when the operating system runs, Windows 10 specifically—uncertain if I should see any LEDs while the OS loads. The visible LEDs briefly activate during a restart but fade once the system fully boots. I’m not concerned about the visible LEDs, but the AURA RGB ones are completely unresponsive. I checked the BIOS settings thoroughly; all LED-related options except "RGB LED lighting" are enabled, but it’s disabled. I’ve read over 40 pages on the ASUS help forum and am beginning to suspect a hardware problem. After removing every storage device—HDDs, SSDs, and all drives—the AURA effects still didn’t activate, suggesting it isn’t a software issue beyond BIOS settings. I’ve attempted several fixes: reinstalling Windows 10, disconnecting and reconnecting all cables, switching to another AURA version, installing a different OS, disabling Fast Boot, and toggling LED settings on and off in the BIOS. I’m at a loss for further solutions. Could anyone assist me?
