I own an ASUS F75VD-TY245H, Windows 10 is installed but drivers are incorrect. The backspace key displays this error, and the T key isn't working properly. What adjustments can resolve these issues?

Use the keyboard tester to check if other keys are pressed or activated when you press them. See if this problem persists with an external USB keyboard? It’s likely the laptop’s keyboard may need replacement.

I just discovered an item on AliExpress priced at 15.00, but upon closer inspection, it doesn't match the one listed—it was from a different A55 model. That explains why it didn’t work. The seller also provided me with an 8.00 refund for my issue.

The external keyboard functions properly only with the main keyboard I ordered. The one they provided earlier was designed for a different ASUS laptop, which might explain the issue. I hope this helps clarify the situation.

language/keyboard indicator isn't visible in the taskbar, while the language settings for the laptop are in English. The system runs Windows 7 64-bit.
