To whom it may concern,
I aim to keep this brief.
I’m unfamiliar with this platform, so I’m hoping I’m in the correct discussion.
Recently, my sons’ B550A Cyberpower prebuilt gaming PC needed attention because it would randomly display blue screens and restart.
The first solution was reinstalling Windows 10 instead of using Windows 11, which resolved the blue screen issue.
Now the PC randomly blacks out, forcing a restart and bringing it back to the homepage with all applications closed.
I think the problem isn’t just a monitor issue—it involves the PC restarting, reopening startup apps, and resetting game settings.
The BIOS has been updated, memory stick upgraded from 16GB to 32GB, a new NVIDIA 3070ti GPU, and a Ryzen 9 CPU installed.
The issue began after these changes were applied.
I’m hoping someone can assist me, as I feel like I wasted $100 for nothing.

include the actual
make & model of ALL components
.
not just a generic listing of parts.
CPU:
motherboard:
RAM:
GPU:
PSU:
storage:
CPU cooler:
case:
also, you state in title that this is an AsRock system, then that it is a CyberPower prebuilt.
provide a link to the web page for this prebuilt.
