Issue with accessing Windows 10 on your device.
Sorry this might be in the wrong place. I’m unable to log into my Outlook-linked account. I can open the login window and try the password, but after typing “welcome” the screen becomes dark for a few seconds before returning to the login page. This is the only account I’ve had issues with, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
