I own a 2080 Ti i7 9700K with 16GB RAM. It’s the only game that occasionally freezes or drops frames unexpectedly. If anyone has a solution, I’d really appreciate it.

The issue occurs similarly when the frame rate reaches about 140 or higher. Freezes appear in the same pause menu. Adjusting the frame rate to 120 or 60 using Rivatuner significantly reduces any stuttering.
