Hi, your main frame rate seems normal until a sudden drop in smoothness. You noticed issues mainly in GPU-heavy games like Codwz2, Sw Jedi: Fallen Order, and Borderlands 3. Your PC feels choppy even with Windows 10, and the mouse lags occasionally. The problem appears only when running CPU-intensive titles. You have the latest NVIDIA drivers (version 526.98-16.11.22) installed. Your hardware specs are solid: Intel Core i5 11400F, ASUS Prime H510M-A, RTX 3050, and a 3200MHz NVMe SSD. You've tried reinstalling Windows, updating drivers, adjusting game settings, reseating RAM, and using Intel Turbo Boost. Still no improvement. What else could be causing this?

Check if there are any updates in the bios. Reset it to the default settings or install a new version for better stability.

Consider checking if the Xbox Game Bar is turned off, as it might be linked to a Windows update issue.

It might be due to the latest NVIDIA driver or the Windows 22H2 update, though the issue appeared unexpectedly.

Check if your primary storage is completely filled. A DRAMless configuration means no extra cache, so running out of space will directly impact speed.

Consider reverting to the previous driver version and check if that resolves the issue

In reality, there are still 145GB remaining out of the total 250GB capacity.
