Hey everyone, I recently purchased a Ryzen 5600G to go with my ASRock B450M Pro4 (updated to BIOS version P5.20) and a 16GB RAM module at 3200MHz. I'm running into issues with how the system allocates memory for the integrated graphics. The dedicated GPU memory is currently set to 512MB, which I can't adjust through the BIOS settings. I've tried several workarounds: disabling the CSM in BIOS, adjusting PCI settings, changing UMA frame buffer size, and even re-enabling the compatibility module. However, these changes don't seem to fix the problem—once I switch back to Windows, the memory stays at 512MB and doesn't revert properly.

In some games like Resident Evil 3 Remake, I've managed to get better performance by overclocking the GPU in BIOS, but that doesn't help with RAM allocation. When I try to overclock the GPU from Ryzen Master, it works smoothly. Other tweaks like CPU or RAM overclocking are fine in BIOS. It's really frustrating because this affects my gaming experience a lot. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on and how to improve this situation. Thanks for your time and any advice you can offer!

You're considering a hardware solution since the software update didn't resolve the issue. It's possible the problem lies with the motherboard or BIOS, so upgrading the board might be necessary.
