Hello, I hope you're doing fine. Your thoughts are really important to me. Whenever I face a problem with my PC, I always turn to you. You have so much expertise in PC matters. Yesterday I bought a re4 graphics card for my PC. Even though it has an RTX 3090, when I set the image quality to 200% and used all other graphics options at maximum, it still uses only 17.25GB out of 24GB. This is causing my game performance to slow down. By the way, I'm using a 4K TV, but it's not running smoothly. I want it to be faster so I can handle hardcore mode. My question is: should I return it (since I bought it from Steam) and get it on PS5, or keep it? I'm a bit confused and need your advice.

What is your starting detail level? Increasing quality too much can cause a sharp drop in frames per second.

Can we boost image clarity to double its standard without exceeding 60 frames per second?

You want the game to run at its original resolution with a higher refresh rate, but the main concern is performance. Lowering the frame rate to 100% should resolve the issue while keeping the visuals sharp and the experience smooth.

Thanks for the collaboration with @Skiiwee29. It seems the issue isn't related to GPU VRAM, as it doesn't exceed your GPU's limits. Why is your GPU having trouble?

Your frame rate is low because of the displayed resolution.
