I powered on my computer this morning and saw the screen flicker during gameplay. I looked into the Windows settings and found it was set to 60Hz for some reason. I attempted to revert it back to 144Hz, but it would black out for about 30 seconds before returning to 60Hz. My NVIDIA settings were at 144Hz, and I was using a DVI display, which is an AOC G2460PQ.
