The factory reset caused a system issue where 0x80000003 appears each time you open an app. This error usually indicates a corrupted boot or configuration file. To fix it, try reinstalling Windows, using System Restore, or checking hardware components. If problems persist, consider seeking professional help.

Open the execution window by pressing Win+R and typing "mdsched.exe". A prompt will appear asking you to restart your system and launch the Memory Diagnostic tool. Your computer will restart, then the diagnostic program will start. Wait for it to complete, then reboot again. After logging back in, you'll receive the diagnostic results.

It's a memory leak error. Possible causes include insufficient RAM and an unsuccessful OS recovery. Your storage device might also be faulty, leading to errors despite successful recovery. What triggered the recovery? Are there any background apps or services installed besides your audio and video drivers? You can verify file integrity using "sfc /scannow" and then run "DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" in safe mode for optimal results.
