Hi, I saw your issue with Core Temp freezing your system after installation. It sounds like the process might be conflicting with your SSD or causing instability. Have you tried checking for updates or trying a different installation method? Also, ensure your hardware is compatible and consider using a different driver if possible. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Do you have the 950 PRO? It runs incredibly fast but can experience overheating and performance drops.

I received the Corsair Neutron XT 240GB from the RMA form. It seems to be a brand new unit. I checked CPU-Z and it functions properly, so maybe another tool would help with core temperature testing. Earlier, a similar problem occurred with my previous SSD, which also affected CPU-Z, but it worked for me this time. What else should I consider?

Other options include specialized diagnostic tools and clinical monitoring systems designed for temperature assessment.

It seems the issue was related to the operating system, probably caused by a Windows update. It likely became stuck in an endless loop during startup and update setup. Now everything appears to be functioning correctly.
