My Netgear Nighthawk router sometimes loses internet connection unexpectedly, showing as connected on your phone but not on your computer connected via Ethernet.

I only change it by restarting it, it helps for a while but keeps being frustrating.

Certainly! Here’s a revised version of your sentence:
Just to confirm, do you always receive the typical disconnection from your ISP each day?

The issue likely lies with your router or your phone. Can you check any other WiFi devices for testing? If both lose the connection simultaneously, the problem is probably with your router. If only one device fails while the other remains connected, then focus on troubleshooting your phone.

I encountered an issue, so I resolved it by setting Wi-Fi channels manually until I discovered a stable one. Channel 6 worked better behind the house, whereas channel 11 performed better in front.

It's a great router, honestly. I've been using it nonstop for about 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at my parents' place to get the best performance from the ADSL connection.
