Hey there,
I've tried the following steps:
Reinstalling Windows
Reinstalling NVIDIA drivers
Undervolting
Resetting BIOS
Updating BIOS
So far nothing has helped. What troubleshooting can I do to fix this?
CPU: 7800X3D
CPU cooler: MSI MAG 360
Motherboard: X870-P WIFI MSI
Ram: GSKILL CL 28 6000MHz DDR5 / EXPO on
SSD/HDD: XPG Gammix Blade S70
GPU: 4080 Super
PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750W 80Plus
OS: W11
Monitor: MSI MAG 275CQRXF
BIOS Version: Last one

What resolution? I also notice the necessary PSU is 750 watts, which matches the exact wattage of the PSU. What is the precise brand and model of the power supply? I'm curious if the computer can handle sufficient power.

Checked performance at 1080P and 2K resolutions, stutters still occur. Switching to 2K now. Power supply: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750W 80Plus.
