I experience random tearing while using Discord and Chrome. It seems to happen even though the latest AMD drivers are installed and the 25.1.1 patch is applied. My new monitor (XV271U M3bmiiprx) appears to be functioning perfectly during recording, but I see it tearing on my screen. I suspect a display issue rather than a hardware problem, despite the monitor being brand new. I tried using Snipping Tool and exiting immediately to resolve it. I'm also checking if the issue persists in GPU mode. The file recorded is VID_20250124_230616 (1).mp4.
