I began cleaning the computer by removing the cooler and applying thermal paste. Once everything was back in place, there was no signal notification. The PC functioned properly, the graphics lit up, and the CPU fan spun. I tried nearly everything since changing the HDMI cable, removing and reinserting the CPU, and doing the same with the graphics card, RAM, BIOS battery, power supply. The issue persisted. Interestingly, another graphics card from a different PC caused the same problem. When I returned the card to another machine, it also failed. I found an old computer in the attic, installed the card there, and a picture appeared. What could be causing this malfunction on these two systems that were previously working? Please help.

System Spec : RX 580 4GB, Nitro Ryzen 5 2600X, DDR4 4GB RAM, 2x Power Supply, Gamalias Helios E1 500W, ASRock B450 -A Pro MSI, Power Supply from Amazon. I used XFX 550 Bronze and NVIDA GT 710 1GB. Both PCs had the same issue.
