Did the building once house a factory? Some older structures might still be releasing radiation.

They rarely visit to oversee matters, even when we try very hard. I’m not placing the blame, but it seems they need to check in regularly. Also, this apartment only allows internet through a phone jack, which feels quite old-fashioned. We’re thinking about relocating so hopefully that will resolve the problem.
