Hello, you're using Windows 11 with the taskbar at the top and adjusting settings under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3". You've noticed this works fine until recently after your PC was updated to version 22h2. Now, whenever you change the value to 01 to move the taskbar, it reverts instantly, and it doesn't shift left or right either. No one seems to have reported an issue with this method. Could Microsoft have restricted this functionality? Or is there something wrong with your approach? I understand it might not seem like a big problem, but since you've always had the taskbar at the top for years, it's unusual for you. Appreciate any help!
