Occasionally pressing alt+tab causes my screen to fade black for around 30 seconds, followed by an AMD error message. The issue appears randomly, not just with games but also when switching between apps like Chrome and Word. It happens roughly twice daily. All drivers and Windows are up to date. I’m unsure how to begin fixing this problem.

Check if Enhanced Sync is active in Radeon Software and disable it if needed.
