Hey there, friends. My Fallout 3 isn't launching. I press the start button in the launcher but nothing happens. I don’t know what to do—I’ve tried checking for errors, restarting Steam, adjusting video settings, and using lower specs. My system has 16GB RAM, AMD Athlon X4 860K, MSI A78M-E35 CPU, 430W power supply, Corsair CX430 case, and NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti GPU.
