Hello, I'm trying to identify what's preventing port 3000 from working on my system. I've enabled AdGuard on both the router and a server VM, but browsers on my Windows 10 PC keep showing errors when trying to connect to http://192.168.2.1:3000 or http://192.168.2.2:3000. These services are reachable from other devices on the same network, including my PC, another PC, and a VM running in bridged mode. However, they don't appear when I boot into a live CD. On my local machine, I can run a simple HTTP server with Node.js that works fine and is accessible at 127.0.0.1:3000 and 192.168.2.3:3000. I'm not sure where to look for the issue.

Local group policies also play a role here. Even if GPOs were set up to stop it, there could still be a solution using GPO.
