Recently I acquired my friend's 5600X PC (without a GPU) and am currently using it with my RTX 5070 FE. When trying to run Cyberpunk, the display would instantly go black and the fans would reach maximum speed within 5 to 30 seconds. I had to shut down the machine using the power button on the case. I also attempted to use DDU and reinstall drivers, but nothing resolved the problem. I’m unsure what might be causing this and would really appreciate any advice or guidance. If you need more details, feel free to share below.

Hello, thanks for the update. Right now:
R5 5600X
2x 16GB Crucial Ballistix 3200MHz DDR4
B550 AUROUS ELITE AX V2
RTX 5070 FE
Power supply is a Corsair TX650M
I have four drives, three of them from my previous PC, and the new one is a 1TB NVME drive that I haven't activated yet.
I hope this is useful, thank you for checking. Please let me know if you have any further questions!

The 650W isn't sufficient for that GPU.

Interesting, on NVIDIA's site it suggests 650, which is about 30TDP more than my 3070. After I reinstalled Windows completely and only added the basics, I tried to open Valheim (a 2GB game) and the fans spiked up during the main menu, with temperatures hitting around 71°C. Turning off the game brought everything back to normal. Thanks for your assistance so far; I hope this extra information helps in fixing the problem.

Check the BIOS version of the motherboard—it's an older model and might not communicate well with the 5070. Regarding the PSU, it's quite outdated.
