your 3080 showing that 52 out of a hundred perform better isn't a strong indication.
it might simply mean all those were pushed to their limits, but with today's cards this usually doesn't create such a big performance gap since manufacturers already categorize them by model and test results.
i'm uncertain about the recommended memory speeds for this model, but 4750MHz seems quite low for a modern card.
my 3080 Ti operates above 9500MHz.

I am even more confused...
I repeated the process, same outcomes
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/51407114
The GPU benchmark wasn't working due to MSI afterburner (I had to close the app before)
EDIT:
I don't understand what the userbench number means but MSI afterburner shows 9500 MHz in the game
So what should I do next...

I think based on the calculation 4750x2 equals 9500, this figure matches your card's specs, though I'm not completely confident.
Many people got mixed up about DDR2 memory when dealing with the x2 formula.

your drive seems to be malfunctioning, but it might have been due to another disk activity during the benchmark runs.

I understand. It's often normal to use humor in such moments.
