Hey there,
I saw a similar issue with electrical buzzing or whining coming from my PSU. It sounds a lot like coil whines when I listened online. Even after turning off the PC and switching the PSU off, the sound continues. Only when I unplug the power cable does it stop. Once I plug it back in, the buzzing starts right away. I've tried three different power cables, but the problem remains consistent. Could this affect the PC? Any suggestions on what might be causing it?
Thanks!

Test a different power outlet to check for faulty connections. If the issue remains unchanged, the problem might be with the power supply unit itself. This could pose risks or function normally for a long time, making it hard to determine the cause. It's wise to replace the PSU and decide if you want to change it.

The sound from the power cable coming from the PSU isn't normal.
Could you provide the model and make of your PSU, along with its age? Also, please share the full specifications of your system for this build. It would be helpful to check if all connections are properly secured to the PSU and components.

Consider using a psu cable noise suppressor such as this link:
https://www.amazon.com/Parts-Expres...92...aa4970707f&pd_rd_i=B0002MQGE0&psc=1
A 1/4 size might be suitable for a psu cable.
