Issue encountered with the antimalware service executable.
The program was using excessive disk and CPU resources without any apparent reason. After locating its executable and removing it from the real-time scan, CPU usage stopped and disk activity ceased. This appears to be a successful resolution. The initial screenshot showed the issue after removal.
