Issue encountered with Spotify service.
The issue is that Spotify doesn’t let you manage it with your keyboard shortcuts. Pause, play, stop, next track...
Check if connecting to a different USB port works.
It doesn't support media keys for me either—it seems they aren't compatible.
Interesting since my Spotify supports media controls. (I'm using a CM Storm Devastator)
The media keys function with the same keyboard on other systems, but they operate differently on Windows 10 compared to a system running Windows 7.
Ensure all drivers are updated, perhaps reinstall Spotify.
Media keys function properly on both Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Spotify reinstalled successfully. All drivers are set up. Media controls function correctly with the Logitech mouse, though it still isn't responding.
