I have an unusual issue with two newly built PCs. One uses a Gigabyte B75M-D2V board and a G2020 processor with Windows 8.1 and no dedicated graphics card. The other has an H81M-S2H, Intel Pentium G3258, and R7 265, also running Windows 8.1. Both show the same problem: in Firefox or Internet Explorer, YouTube videos play for up to a second before failing repeatedly, then display an error about playing the video. I suspect it relates to Flash, as it works in the HTML5 player. Please advise a fix that works across browsers, not just Chrome, since these are custom-built systems and a workaround won’t be accepted. I also tried Windows 7 and the issue persists. Thank you.
