Issue encountered while playing Skyrim.
Hey everyone, I just got Skyrim installed and noticed the whole screen lights up and produces an odd sound when I scroll up or down. Do any of you have experience with this issue? It seems unrelated to my GPU since other games run smoothly. Appreciate your help!
