While setting up Windows 7 via USB I encounter a message saying "Windows could not configure Windows to tune on this computer’s hardware." The Shift+F10 method with typing in msoobe doesn’t resolve the issue, and when I try to finish setup it returns to the same screen. The fix was simply closing the pop-up window.

It was just a false alarm; all I had to do was close the window that appeared and it completed the setup. Sorry.
