Issue encountered when trying to reboot the computer.
I built this setup: I5 4690, Crucial 8 GB DDR3-1600, ASUS R9 290, MSI Z87-G41, hard drive from Hitachi 320GB. Windows 7 64 bit is installed. The PC runs okay until restart. When I power off and restart, it works fine. My issues are: screen doesn’t turn on, mouse/keyboard lights don’t activate. When I shut it down and turn it back on, everything functions. What should I do? Is the problem with the motherboard or the old HDD?
I assume you're referring to fans, and I want to know what type of power source powers the device.
