What's going on? The app didn't launch properly (error code 0xc0000135). Press OK to close it. Thinking it might be a .NET framework issue—though I'm not entirely sure what that means. I went to the Microsoft site for a "fixer file," but that didn’t help. Now I can’t open any .exe files, even as an administrator.
