You're trying to adapt your friend's components to a new case, but the motherboard lacks an ARGB header. It seems you might need alternatives to control RGB settings. For your setup—Rosewill Cullinan PX with MSI Z97S SLI Krait—check if there are RGB options available on the motherboard or consider using a different case that supports ARGB. If not, you may have to rely on software solutions or external RGB controllers.

Based on the fan's model, they need hubs that manage color patterns or designs through the software.

Certainly, Z97 lacked ARGB support; I believe 5V ARGB won't become a common motherboard feature until the Z270 or later models. You might find an ARGB control or hub available, which lets you manage ARGB via built-in lighting colors and effects or through USB with software.

Starting from the Z270 and beyond, both my Z170A units lack 12V RGB capabilities and don't support aRGB.
