I start my PC and see the GPU error displayed on the motherboard LED indicator. Once I shut off the power completely from the wall and wait about a minute, it resolves and I can boot normally without any issues—this has happened only a few times in the past weeks. Does this suggest the GPU is failing, or are there problems with the PSU or other components? I’ve verified all power cables and confirmed the GPU is properly connected and stable in its PCI-E slot. It’s not a particularly heavy unit, just an RTX 2080 MSI Ventus with two fans. Yesterday the same issue occurred, but after a full day of use (around 10 hours) without any problems, the PC functioned correctly. Also, my screen sometimes stretches when I boot, but changing the refresh rate from 240 Hz to 144 Hz fixes it, or I power off the PC, wait a minute, and it works again. The stretched display issue persists even at 240 Hz. Turning off the PC and waiting a short time seems to resolve all these problems.

It’s increasingly frequent to see Q-Led display issues with D6 error for brief periods. Recently, the system appears to boot normally but displays a black screen and the GPU error light remains active. Whenever this occurs, I shut down Windows 11. This seems unusual for a new PC about two months old, yet so many problems have appeared quickly, making it hard to pinpoint the exact issue. At least for now, the power cycle from the wall seems to resolve the problem. Another peculiar occurrence is that this only happens during cold starts, such as after a night of use.
