I just recently built my first PC, and while setting everything up it worked fine with one of my displays but now it refuses to connect to the other one. I currently have both displays running off of my Ryzen 5 7600 while I wait for my GPU to ship. The weird part is that I tried it out with another monitor and it worked fine with the same power and DP cable. I don't want to use the monitor that works because it's very large and doesn't fit well on my desk, and would rather use the smaller one. The specific problem I'm having is that the monitor continues to pop up with a "looking for signal message", and then it goes away every few seconds as if its found something and then it goes back to searching. The monitor that doesn't work is a Dell fj44j, The monitor that works is an HP Compaq LA2405wg. and I also have another Dell monitor that I don't have the information on that is plugged into the HDMI port on my PC, That monitor works on its own and with the HP, but doesn't work with the dell. If anyone has any insights they'll be greatly appreciated.
