Hello, your PC is experiencing memory issues even though it has a powerful GPU. The error suggests insufficient video memory, possibly due to the game demanding more RAM than available. With 24GB of VRAM, you might still face limitations if the game isn't optimized for your setup. Consider checking your game settings, updating drivers, or using a more efficient game. If you need further help, let me know!

Did you connect the HDMI/display port cable to the GPU instead of the motherboard? Yeah, that’s a tricky one, but we need to confirm. You might want to perform a fresh driver install, duplicate them and reinstall, reposition the GPU or do a clean Windows setup. There’s a risk of low power delivery since the 4090, particularly with an MSI liquid cooled model, which demands a lot of energy. Ensure you’re using a powerful PSU—around 1200W should suffice.

1200w seems a bit excessive for a 4090. A decent 850w would suffice unless the card needs to run on the 600w BIOS or be overclocked. I’m in agreement on all other points—good to eliminate possibilities one by one, even if they seem silly.

I have a 1000W power supply for the 4090, I've already installed the clean driver, and I'm going to try it once more. Yes, the display port is connected to the GPU.

If the driver reinstall fails, restart the GPU in its previous slot and if that doesn’t help, switch to a different PCIe slot on your motherboard and verify the power connectors are properly connected. Should the issue continue, consider returning the GPU for replacement under warranty, as persistent memory errors likely indicate a factory defect.

When the GPU runs low on memory, another component might be consuming VRAM. If the RAM is faulty, the card won't detect it, so proceed anyway and then experience a crash. @FallenLegend36 open Task Manager, go to the GPU chart, and check if you're seeing 24GB allocated in-game and how much is used outside of games.

Runs on 11.2Gb VRAM with RT and all ultra options before crashing; Hogwarts Legacy is one of the titles I can’t play.

When I spot a build in this area, I wonder if a PCIe riser card is installed. I really dislike them, so if you have one, consider removing it.
