Issue arises with 60fps performance in Dead Rising 3. Assistance required.
I set up DR3 and it was capped at 30 frames per second. I made a user.ini file and added gmpcr_unlock_frame_rate = true. Everything works until you start the game—it launches, shows the DR3 logo, then crashes. I’m unsure how to resolve this issue, especially with my GTX 970 G1.

It's strange. The game worked smoothly at 60 fps after a month, without any file adjustments. Are there any in-game settings you could modify?
