The issue with the "O" key seems unrelated to my keyboard, possibly caused by a software or hardware problem. Testing shows no output when using the left shift key. It might be worth checking the keyboard or updating drivers. Make sure Windows 10 is current.

The problem appears to be fixed. Replacing the key cap resolved the issue. Likely just a bit of dust or an unrelated factor affecting only one shift key.
