Hello,
After installing the new OS and resetting the BIOS to default, I noticed a screen appears before the OS loads. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

Check the BIOS settings and examine the boot sequence. Look for any options related to RAID, as there might be a way to turn it off.

This indicates that IRST installation is relevant.
Irrelevant if you're not implementing RAID.

Yes, but I'm unsure about disabling it

I'm not sure there is any "uninstall", other than starting over with a clean install.
When did you install this OS?

I performed a fresh installation.
It was done yesterday.
The operating system is clean.
However, the RAID issue relates to BIOS.

Is it genuinely functional and the display appears briefly? If it operates correctly beyond the screen, allow it to proceed.

I've noticed through many years that a minor issue, even just a small one, isn't worth the effort to fix it and might cause further problems. If it starts working again, what will happen if you alter it and it stops booting?
