I'm facing a serious problem with Windows Update Delivery Optimization. It's constantly consuming my mobile data, and I can't turn it off. I've tried disabling services, registry entries, update settings, and switching to a metered connection, but nothing helps. After forcefully closing the process, it restarts after a few minutes and runs at 10MB every time. All updates are installed. Do you have any advice or should I consider reverting to Windows 10?
