The observation that the GPU functions on another system is intriguing, yet it’s clear that most instances of Error 43 indicate a faulty or non-functional card.

If you're okay with it, disassemble it and gently clean it with a soft toothbrush using 91% cleaner. Then apply a light touch of polish without applying too much. Previously, I had code 43 on a 1080 that was supposed to be dead. It turned out nicotine from vape juice had caused some issues, preventing the card from posting properly. Now everything works fine and it's currently being folded.

It could be a faulty connection on the board, possibly due to handling, varying slot tension, temperature changes, or power cable differences. Consider what the poster mentioned, as it might apply to any part or contact, increasing your chances of success. For an illustration of intermittent error 43 and how to fix it, refer to the example provided.

It's odd that two additional cards function while the 1660 is excluded. Checked the 770 and 750ti.
