ISP/Network HELP!
I’m experiencing issues with my internet connection, and I suspect the problem lies on my device. I’ve noticed packet loss during gaming sessions (speed at 300/300 wired) and have identified several other areas where connectivity drops. In COD Black: Ops 4, PUBG, and Overwatch I consistently see packet loss ranging from 2% to 9%. Apex also shows packet loss. I’m unable to access Prime Video and sync music with iCloud, even though everything works on my phone. My phone’s internet is functioning properly, but I don’t know how to gather evidence or trace the source of these problems. My ISP claims everything is fine, and other users on the same plan aren’t having issues. Changing ISPs isn’t an option because my plan includes a cell phone with unlimited data, and switching would cost around $160 more per month due to higher usage. I’m looking for ways to gather proof or track the issue further.
