It's really affordable at 99.9%, unless you're in a place where water quality is questionable, then it'll be tougher to get. I always use it, and my results are great. Just remember if you go with the 71% option, clean up any leftovers.

70% is considered optimal for consumer electronics and general cleaning. I recently purchased a 1L bottle, but it was difficult to find since most products on Amazon are around 99%. My previous container works fine, though it can leave residue and cause irritation if it comes into contact with skin—don’t recommend. Note: In Germany, drugstores sell this product too, but you’ll pay roughly €40 per liter instead of the cheaper €8–10 on Amazon.

70% works just fine. It’s the only option you’ll find in Hawai'i, perhaps because sending it by boat causes loss of moisture in the higher percentage? I’m not sure.
